Consent Order in the matter of Sanjay C. Kothari
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI Shri M.S. Sahoo and Dr. K. M. Abraham, has passed a consent order dated April 09, 2009 on an application submitted by Sanjay C. Kothari, in accordance with SEBI circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy Five Thousand only) as settlement charges towards the terms of consent in the matter and Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) as administrative expenses. SEBI has accepted the said terms of settlement and this consent order disposes of the enquiry proceedings pending before SEBI against Sanjay C. Kothari, Trading Member, pursuant to inspection of the books of accounts and other records of the member for the period of April 2001 to June 2003.
The order shall come into force with immediate effect.
