Consent order in the matter of dealing in futures and options contracts
on the NSE
A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri M.S. Sahoo and Dr. K. M. Abraham, has passed a consent order dated March 31, 2009, on an application submitted by CPR Capital Services Ltd. in the matter of dealing in futures and options contracts on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE), in accordance with SEBI guidelines dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has remitted a sum of Rs.5,25,000 (Rupees five lakh and twenty five thousand only) towards consent terms in the matter.
