Registration of M/s. Subhash Baheti & Co., Member of CSE, suspended
Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has passed an order dated May 11, 2006 suspending the certificate of registration granted to M/s Subhash Baheti & Co., (SEBI Registration No. INB030762110), member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) for a period of 15 (fifteen) days with effect from June 01, 2006.
The order has been passed by SEBI against M/s. Subhash Baheti & Co. for non-maintenance of order book and margin book, delay in payment/ delivery to the clients, client agreements and client registration forms not duly filled in, non-segregation of client�s and own funds etc.
M/s. Subhash Baheti & Co., member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from June 01, 2006 till June 15, 2006.
