Order against Shri Rajni M Patel, Smt. Heena R Patel,

Shri Nilesh J Patel and M/s. Paragon Investments P. Ltd.

Shri Rajni M Patel, Smt. Heena R Patel, Shri Nilesh J Patel and M/s. Paragon Investments P. Ltd. have been debarred from accessing the capital market and prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in the securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of one year for violation of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to the Securities Market) Regulations, 1995. 
 
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 31, 2006 and shall come into force with immediate effect.
