Certificate of registration of Shri Akshay S. Dalal., sub broker, SEBI Regn. No.INS010142516 of Mehta Vakil & Co. Ltd. Member � BSE (Regn. No. INB 01142516) has been suspended for a period of thirty days. The broker has been found guilty of violating the provisions of SEBI Act, 1992, SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Rules, 1992, provisions of the Code of Conduct as specified in SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub Brokers) Regulations, 1992, while dealing in the shares of V.B. Desai Financial Services Ltd.
The order has been passed by Shri Madhukar, Whole Time Member, SEBI on January 6, 2006 and shall come into force after the expiry of 21 days from the date of this order.
