Registration of KJMC Mutual Fund Cancelled

Pursuant to the request of KJMC Mutual Fund, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), vide its letter dated June 20, 2018, has cancelled the certificate of registration of KJMC Mutual Fund and has withdrawn the approval granted to KJMC Asset Management Company Limited, to act as the Asset Management Company to the Mutual Fund.
 
Consequently, with immediate effect, the KJMC Mutual Fund, KJMC Investment Trust Company Limited (Trustee Company) and KJMC Asset Management Company Limited cannot carry out any activity as a Mutual Fund, Trustee Company and Asset Management Company respectively.
