Order in the matter of CapitalVia Global Research Limited.
Shri G. Mahalingam, Whole Time Member, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has passed an order
dated January 20, 2017 under sections 11(1), 11B and 11D of SEBI Act, 1992 against CapitalVia Global Research
Limited (SEBI registered investment adviser bearing registration no. INA200001512) and its directors viz. Mr. Kiran
Ravindra Kumar Choudhary, Mr. Rohit Gadia, and Mr. Anshul Mansingka inter - alia directing them:
- not to solicit or undertake any fresh advisory business for another period of four months from the date of order.
- to discontinue the acceptance of funds from clients including by way of deactivation of online remittances, with
immediate effect during the aforesaid four month period.
- to disclose the contents of these directions prominently on its website(s) immediately.
