Order in the matter of Mr. Amit Baburao Ahire, Proprietor- OSAR Capital
Shri S Raman, Whole Time Member, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has passed an interim
order dated March 17, 2016 against Mr. Amit Baburao Ahire, Proprietor- OSAR Capital under sections
11(1), 11B and 11D of SEBI Act, 1992 inter alia restraining him from providing investment advisory services,
either directly or indirectly, till further directions.
Further, Mr. Amit Baburao Ahire, Proprietor- OSAR Capital is directed to immediately withdraw and remove
all advertisements, representations, literatures, brochures, materials, publications, documents, websites, etc.
in relation to investment advisory activities.
Mr. Amit Baburao Ahire, a SEBI registered investment adviser, has blatantly violated the conditions subject
to which he has been granted registration by knowingly and willingly allowing a SEBI debarred entity viz.
HBJ Capital Services Private Limited to use his SEBI registration, for carrying out investment advisory
services in return of money.
