Order in the matter of Mr. Vijay Kumar Gaba

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has passed an order dated July 15, 2015 in the matter of Mr. Vijay Kumar Gaba, inter-alia restraining Mr. Vijay Kumar Gaba from making an application to SEBI for offering portfolio management services or investment advisory services or any activity in the securities market requiring registration for a period of one year. The present Order disposes of the proceeding initiated against Mr. Vijay Kumar Gaba vide the interim order dated January 14, 2015.
