Order in respect of Knack Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd

Shri S. Raman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order on June 29, 2015, under Regulation 28(2) of SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008, cancelling the certificate of registration granted to Knack Corporate Services Private Ltd. as Registrar to an issue (RTI) and Share Transfer Agent (STA).
 
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
