Interim Order cum Show Cause Notice against M/s. VPS Advisory Services and its proprietor, Shri Varun Pratap Singh

Shri S Raman, Whole Time Member, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has prima-facie found that VPS Advisory Services and its proprietor, Shri Varun Pratap Singh (PAN- BGEPS3887G) having its office at 65-A, Govindpuri, University Road, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh- 474011 has been indulging in providing PMS services without being registered with SEBI for the same and accordingly passed an interim order dated June 17, 2015. The order directs VPS Advisory Services and its proprietor, Shri Varun Pratap Singh as under:

1. To cease and desist from acting as portfolio manager and not to solicit or undertake such activity or any other activities in the securities market, directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever;
2. Immediately withdraw and remove all advertisements, representations, literatures, brochures, materials, publications, documents, website etc. in relation to their portfolio management activities in the securities market;
3. Not to raise any funds from investors and not to divert any funds already raised from investors.
