Interim Order cum Show Cause Notice in the matter of USK India Limited

Shri S Raman, Whole Time Member, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has prima-facie found that USK India Limited having its registered office at F-8/1, Daulat Nagar, Mandu Road, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh: 454001, has been illegally raising money from public and accordingly passed an interim order dated May 07, 2015 against the company and it promoters/ directors, namely Mr. Sanjay Verma, Mr. Shiv Ram Singh Tomar & Mr. Umesh Narwariya, under the SEBI Act, 1992 read with SEBI (Collective Investment Scheme) Regulations, 1999. 
 
The order directs the company and its promoters/ directors to not to collect any fresh moneys from investors from its existing scheme; not to launch any new scheme/plan or float any new companies/firm to raise fresh moneys. The company and its promoters/directors are prohibited from disposing off any of the properties or alienate the assets of the existing scheme and not to divert any funds raised from public at large, kept in bank account(s) and/or in the custody of the company. The order inter-alia directed the company and its promoters/directors to immediately submit the full inventory of the assets owned by the company out of the amounts collected from the "customers"/investors under its existing schemes; to furnish all the information sought by SEBI within 21 days of the receipt of the Order.
