Order in the matter of Kwality Credit & leasing Limited

Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated March 04, 2015, inter - alia directing 5 individual noticees/acquirers, Mr. Dharmendra Kothari, Ms. Sunita Kothari, Ms. Ichraj Devi Kothari, Mr. Rajesh Kothari and Mr. Hemant Kothari to make a public announcement to acquire the shares of the target company, Kwality Credit & Leasing Limited under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 1997 within 45 days from the date of this Order. Further, they shall pay interest at the rate of 10% per annum, to the shareholders who were holding shares in target company on the date of violation and whose shares have been accepted in the open offer, after adjustment of dividend, if any, paid.
 
Similar directions are also issued against 10 corporate noticees/acquirers, Shri Vishnu Krupa Commodities P Ltd, Sangam Agro Agencies Pvt. Ltd., Param Commodities Pvt. Ltd, Kalpa Mercantile Pvt. Ltd, Utkarsh Agro Marketing Pvt. Ltd, Paramarth Agro Marketing Pvt. Ltd, Apurva Commoditied Pvt. Ltd., Pawantar Agro Agencies Pvt. Ltd, Chirayush Agro Marketing Pvt. Ltd and Miatru Agro Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
 
Both the Group of noticees/acquirers have made substantial acquisition of shares of Kwality Credit & Leasing Limited beyond the prescribed threshold.
