March 18, 2015 Order in the matter of M/s Mark Builders & Land Developers Ltd., its promoters and Directors Shri S Raman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order on March 17, 2015 under Sections 11(1), 11(4) and 11B of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 read with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations, 1999 and Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Prohibition Of Fraudulent And Unfair Trade Practices Relating To Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 in the matter of M/s. Mark Builders & Land Developers Ltd.(MBLDL), its promoters and Directors. The Registered Office of the Company is situated at Building No. 19, 22 No. Phatak Road, P.O. Khalsa College, Amritsar, Punjab, India 143001. The order directed the company and its Directors Shri Gurnek Singh, Shri Sarabjit Singh , Smt. Kuljeet Kaur , Shri Gursharanpreet Singh and Shri Narinder Sharma , not to collect any fresh money from investors under its existing schemes; not to launch any new schemes or plans or float any new companies to raise fresh moneys; to immediately submit the full inventory of the assets obtained through money raised by MBLDL; not to dispose of or alienate or sell off any of the properties/assets obtained directly or indirectly through money raised by MBLDL; not to divert any fund raised from public at large which are kept in bank account(s) and/or in the custody of MBLDL. They are also directed to furnish the details of amount mobilised and refunded till date as certified by their statutory auditor, scheme wise list of investors and their contact numbers and addresses , PAN numbers of the aforementioned directors and details of agents along with address, money mobilized and commission paid. The Company was engaged in fund mobilizing activity from public by floating/sponsoring/ launching Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) as defined in section 11AA of the SEBI Act, 1992.
