Order in the matter of M/s. I-Core E-Services Limited

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an interim order dated March 05, 2015 confirming the ad-interim order dated July 25, 2014 wherein inter alia M/s. I-Core E-Services Limited and its promoters/directors, Mr. Anukul Maiti, Mrs. Kanika Maiti, Mr. Swapan Kumar Roy, Mr. Radhashyam Giri, Mr. Tapan Kumar Charterjee, Mr. Saral Ranjan Sengupta, Mr. Amal Bhattacharya, Mr. Chandan Dey and Mr. Mahadeb Gayan were directed not to issue prospectus or any offer document or issue advertisement for soliciting money from the public for the issue of securities, in any manner whatsoever and not to dispose any of the properties of the said company or divert any funds raised from public at large.
 
It is alleged that the companywas engaged in fund mobilising activity through issue of Equity shares to more than 49 person without complying with the various provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and SEBI DIP Guidelines, 2000.
