Order in the matter of M/s Anmol India Agro-Herbal Framing and Dairies Care Company Limited and its directors

Shri S Raman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order on March 09, 2015 in the matter of M/s Anmol India Agro-Herbal Farming and Dairies Care Company Ltd (hereafter referrred Anmol Agro) and its directors. The order directed the company, and its directors viz., Mr. Mohammad Junaid Memon, Mr. Mohammad Umar Memon, Mr. Mohammad Javed Memon and Mr. Mohammad Khalid Memon inter-alia not to collect any fresh money from investors from its existing schemes and not to launch any new schemes or plans or float any new companies to raise fresh moneys. They are also directed to immediately submit the full and detailed inventory of the assets owned by Anmol Agro out of amount(s) collected from the "purchasers" / investors under its existing schemes and to furnish the scheme-wise list of "purchasers"/investors and their contact numbers and addresses, along with the details of amount mobilized and refunded till date. The Company and its directors have further been directed not to dispose of any of the properties or alienate assets obtained directly or indirectly through money raised by Anmol Agro and not to divert any funds raised from public at large, kept in bank account(s) and/or in the custody of Anmol Agro.
 
Anmol Agro was mobilizing funds from investors / public under its schemes for Sale and Development / Maintenance / Rearing of Farms / Animals / Plants, without being registered with SEBI and as a result of the aforesaid activity, has violated provisions of the SEBI Act and SEBI (Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations, 1999.
