Order in the matter of M/s GCA Marketing P Limited, its promoters and Directors

Shri S Raman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order on December 30, 2014 in the matter of M/s GCA Marketing P Ltd., its promoters and Directors.The Registered Office of the Company is situated at F-77, Civil Lines, Bhatinda, Punjab.

The order directed the company and its Directors Sh Amardeep Singh Cheema & Sh Gurdeep Singh not to collect any fresh money from investors under its existing schemes; not to launch any new schemes or plans or float any new companies to raise fresh moneys; to immediately submit the full inventory of the assets obtained through money raised by GCA; not to dispose of or alienate or sell off any of the properties/assets obtained directly or indirectly through money raised by GCA; not to divert any fund raised from public at large which are kept in bank account(s) and/or in the custody of GCA; and to furnish all the information/documents sought by SEBI within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order, including:

1. Details of amount mobilised and refunded till date as certified by statutory auditor of GCA and
2. Scheme wise list of investors and their contact numbers and addresses.

The Company was engaged in fund mobilizing activity from public by floating/sponsoring/ launching Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) as defined in section 11AA of the SEBI Act, 1992.
