Interim Order against Sai Prakash Properties Development Ltd. and its promoters/ directors

Shri S. Raman, Whole Time Member, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), has prima-facie found that M/s Sai Prakash Properties Development Ltd. (the company) having its registered office at Plot No. 60, Dwarika Dham, Jail Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradeshhas been illegally raising money from public and accordingly passed an interim order dated December 26, 2014 against the company and its promoter/ directors, Mr. Pushpendra Singh Baghel, Ms. Pushpanjali Singh Baghel, Mr. Ranvajay Pratap Singh Baghel, Mr. Mragendra Singh Baghel, Mr. Dheerendra Krishan Pratap), Mr. Sandeep Shankar and Mr. Shahendra Singh Baghel under sections 11(1), 11 (b) and 11 (4) of SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 65 of SEBI (Collective Investment Scheme) Regulations, 1999. The order directs the company and its promoters/ directors:

1. not to collect any fresh moneys from investors from its existing scheme;
   
2. not to launch any new scheme/plan or float any new companies/firm to raise fresh moneys;
   
3. not to dispose of any of the properties or alienate the assets of the existing scheme;
   
4. not to divert any funds raised from public at large, kept in bank account(s) and/or in the custody of the company;
   
5. to immediately submit the full inventory of the assets owned by SaiPrakash Properties out of the amounts collected from the "customers"/investors under its existing schemes;
   
6. to furnish all the information sought by SEBI, within 15 days of the receipt of this Order, including,
   
   1. scheme wise list of investors and their contact numbers and addresses, who have invested in the scheme till date,
   2. the details of amount mobilized and refunded till date,
