Order in the matter of M/s Kalpbut Real Estate Limited and its Directors

Shri S Raman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order on December 10, 2014 in the matter of M/s Kalpbut Real Estate Limited and its Directors. The Registered Office of the Company is situated at Shop No. - 5, Hotel Athitya Palace Complex, 2013, Junction Road, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
 
The order directed the company and its Directors not to collect any money from the investors under its existing schemes; not to launch any new Schemes including the schemes or float any new companies to raise fresh moneys; to immediately submit the full inventory of the assets including land obtained through money raised by KREL; not to alienate or dispose off any of the properties/assets obtained directly or indirectly through money raised by KREL; and not to divert any funds raised from public at large which are kept in bank account(s) and/or in the custody of KREL until further orders.
 
The Company was engaged in fund mobilizing activity from public by floating/sponsoring/ launching Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) as defined in section 11AA of the SEBI Act, 1992.
