Order in the matter of M/s. JSR Dairies Limited

Shri S Raman, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order on June 05, 2014 in the matter of M/s. JSR Dairies Limited. The order directed the company and its directors viz. Mr. Rajesh Khera, Mr. Rajesh Niranjan, Mr. Lalit Kumar Arora and Mr. Praveen Kumar not to collect any money from investors including under the existing schemes or launch any new schemes or dispose of any of the properties or alienate any of the assets of the schemes or divert any funds raised from public at large which are kept in bank account(s) and/or in the custody of the company. M/s. JSR Dairies Limited has to give full inventory of the assets owned by the company.
 
M/s JSR Dairies is prima facie found to be engaged in fund mobilising activity from the public, by floating or sponsoring or launching 'collective investment scheme' without obtaining a certificate of registration from SEBI.
