Shri. Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 20, 2014, issuing directions to IndusAge Advisors Limited, Growsafe Securities Private Limited, Mr. Salim Govani and Foresight Enterprises to complete the open offer announced vide the public announcement dated February 10, 2011 at the price determined in accordance with regulation 20 of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997.
