Order in respect of Motorol Enterprises Limited and its former directors
Shri. Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has vide order dated December 17, 2013 revoked the
directions issued vide order dated December 15, 2010, restraining and prohibiting Motorol Enterprises Limited and
its former directors Mr. Rinki S. Gandhi and Mr. Thakar S. Mahesh from accessing the securities market and buying,
selling or dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, in manner whatsoever. It is also noted in the order that, other
directors Mr. Gandhi K. Chandrakant and Mr. Gandhi K. Shashikant have expired and the directions against them
have already become infructuous.
