member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd.
Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated November 12, 2013,
suspending the certificate of registration of Bubna Stock Broking Services Ltd. (now known as Sunbright Stock
Broking Ltd.)., member, Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., for a period of three months, in respect of its dealings in the
shares of G. R. Industries and Finance Ltd.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
