Order in the matter of Innovision e-Commerce Limited
Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has vide order dated December 04, 2012 issued the
following directions:-
Restraining Innovision e-Commerce Ltd. and Mr. Akshay Pravin Sanghavi from accessing the securities market and
also prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing or associating with the securities market in any
manner and in any capacity, for a period of two years from the date of the order.
