Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated Nov 27, 2012 restraining
Mascon Information Technologies Ltd from accessing the securities market and further prohibit it from buying,
selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any
manner for a period of two years from the date of the order.
