Orders in the matter of trading by connected clients
Shri Rajeev Kumar Aggarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has vide order dated November 15, 2012 issued the
following directions:-
| (a) |
restrained Flex Trade P. Ltd. and Ms. Rashmi Jain from accessing the securities market and further prohibited
them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the
securities market in any manner for a period of one year from the date of the order.

| (b) |
the directions passed by SEBI vide orders dated June 04, 2009 and January 19, 2010 against Beejay
Investment & Financial Consultants P. Ltd. and Mr. Sudhir Jain shall be discontinued. |
