Order against M/s Knack Corporate Services Private Limited (Registrar to an Issue and Share
Transfer Agent) in the matter of right issue of Ram Kaashyap Investment Limited
Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated November 8, 2012
against M/s Knack Corporate Service Private Limited (Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent) in the
matter of Right Issue of Ram Kaashyap Investment Limited, suspending the certificate of registration granted
to M/s Knack Corporate Service Private Limited as a Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent for a
period of three months.
The order shall come into force immediately on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
