A Panel consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal and Shri Prashant Saran has
passed a consent order dated November 01, 2012 on the application submitted by M/s "Small is beautiful" Fund
for violation of Regulation 12(c) and 12(d) of the SEBI (Venture Capital funds) Regulations, 1996.The applicant has
remitted a sum of Rs. 37,50,000/-( Rupees Thirty Seven Lakh and Fifty Thousand only) towards settlement
charges.
