Orders in the matter of trading by connected clients
Shri Rajeev Kumar Aggarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has vide orders dated September 25, 2012 passed the
following directions:-
| (a) |
restrained Chandra Financial Services P. Ltd., Kundan Leasing & Finvest P. Ltd., Jay Investrade P. Ltd., Mr.
Harsh Shirish Maniar, Mr. Jay Shirish Maniar and Maruti Securities Ltd. from accessing the securities market and
further prohibited them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being
associated with the securities market in any manner till June 03, 2013. |
| (b) |
restrained Mr. K. Varadarajan from accessing the securities market and further prohibited him from buying,
selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any
manner for a period of three years from the date of the order. |
| (c) |
the directions passed by SEBI vide orders dated June 04, 2009 and September 18, 2009 against HSM Financial
Services P. Ltd. and Shanti Financial Services P. Ltd. shall be discontinued from the date of the order. |
Further vide another order dated September 25, 2012, the Whole Time Member restrained Ms. Anita Deepak Dalal
from accessing the securities market and further prohibited her from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in
securities, directly or indirectly, or being associated with the securities market in any manner for a period of 18
months from the date of the order.
