Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed two orders dated August 29, 2012 in the matter of Soundcraft Industries Limited, suspending the certificate of registration of Rajkumar C.Basantani, Member, NSE and Kolar Sharex Pvt. Ltd. Member, BSE for a period of one year and three months respectively.
 
These orders shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the orders.
