Directions against Top Telemedia Limited and its directors

Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated August 10, 2012, in the matter of M/s. Top Telemedia Limited with the following directions that M/s. Top Telemedia Limited and its directors, Mr.
Deep Kumar Bhanuprasad Trivedi and Mr. Indrajit Vaghela Lakhaji

1. are restrained from accessing the securities market; and
2. are also prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in securities market, directly or indirectly, in whatsoever manner, 

till all the investor grievances pending against the Company are resolved by them.
 
The aforesaid directions shall be without prejudice to any other action that may be taken by SEBI against the aforesaid entities in accordance with law.
