Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated May 10, 2012 in the matter of Denim
Enterprises Ltd. (now known as Divine Entertainment Ltd.), suspending the certificate of registration of M.P.Vora
Shares and Securities Private Limited for a period of one month.
The order shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
