the matter of Stocknet International Ltd.
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed two orders dated May 10, 2012 in the matter of
Stocknet International Ltd., suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Arihant Stocks & Shares and M/s. Shree
Hari Hira Stock Broking (P) Ltd. for a period of two weeks.
These orders shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the orders.
