Orders in respect of Bankim J Shah, Suresh Bafna, and Ujjwal Trade Wing in the matter of Denim
Enterprises Ltd. (now known as Divine Entertainment Ltd.)

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed two orders dated May 07, 2012 in the matter of Denim Enterprises Ltd. (now known as Divine Entertainment Ltd.), restraining Bankim J Shah, Suresh Bafna and Ujjwal Trade Wing from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of two years.
 
These orders have come into force with immediate effect.
