Order against M/s. Shree Parshwa Finance (Prop. Piyush Jhavery) and M/s. Rajesh N. Jhaveri ( Prop.
Gautam N. Jhaveri) in the matter of Softrack Technology Export Ltd.

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed two orders dated April 26, 2012 in the matter of Softrack Technology Export Ltd., suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Shree Parshwa Finance (Prop. Piyush Jhavery) for a period of three months and suspending the certificate of registration of M/s. Rajesh N. Jhaveri (Prop. Gautam N. Jhaveri) for a period of six months.
 
The order shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
