Consent Order on the applications submitted by Datasoft Application Software (India) Limited and others

A Panel, consisting of Whole Time Members, SEBI, Shri Prashant Saran and Shri Rajeev Kumar Agarwal has passed a consent order dated April 13, 2012, on the applications submitted by Datasoft Application Software (India) Limited, Mr. Chaitanya Markandray Buch, Mr. Hasmukh Jamnadas Shah, Mr. Chandan Megraj Parmar and Mr. Rajesh Motilal Bhuta in the matter of Datasoft Application Software (India) Limited in accordance with SEBI Circular
dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicants have remitted a sum of `1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) each towards the consent terms in the matter. Further, the company i.e. Datasoft Application Software (India)
Limited, shall not buy, sell or deal in securities market, in any manner whatsoever, for a period of one year from the
date of the order.

The order has come into force with immediate effect.
