Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed two orders dated April 09, 2012 in the matter of
Cyberspace Limited viz., warning M/s. Claridges Investment and Finance Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. Shreepati Holdings and
Finance Ltd. to be cautious in their future dealings and exercise due care and diligence in the conduct of their affairs
in the securities market.
