Orders in respect of Alosha Vanijya P. Ltd., Amar Packagings P. Ltd., Stupendors Traders P. Ltd. and
Samta Jain in the matter of trading by connected entities
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has vide
orders dated April 09, 2012 revoked the interim directions
issued on June 04, 2009 and also the confirmatory orders
issued on December 31, 2009 against Alosha Vanijya P. Ltd.
and on January 19, 2010 against Amar Packagings P. Ltd.,
Stupendors Traders P. Ltd. and Samta Jain. The orders
dated April 9, 2012 also disposed of the show cause
notices against the aforesaid entities without
any further directions.
