Order in respect of Rakesh M Ranka in the matter of Softrak Technology Export Ltd.
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 16, 2012 in the matter of
Softrak Technology Export Ltd. restraining Rakesh M Ranka from buying, selling or dealing in securities and from
associating with the securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of two years.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
