Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated March 12, 2012 in the matter of Orient
Trade Link Limited warning M/s Kansal Brothers to be cautious in its future dealings and exercise due care and
diligence in the conduct of its affairs as a securities market participant.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
