Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated March 05, 2012, in the matter of
Datasoft Application Software (India) Limited restraining Shalibhadra Securities Limited, Shri Hemendra Shah, Ms.
Sulochana H. Shah, Shri Rahul H. Shah and Shri Lalit C. Mehta from buying, selling or dealing in the securities
market whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of one year from the date of
the order.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
