M/s. Glider Holdings Ltd and Shri Ramesh D Agrawal, with respect to trading in the scrip of Cupid Ltd., Garnet Constructions Ltd. and Ez-Comm Trade Technologies Ltd. Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated February 17, 2012 in the matter of Cupid Ltd., Garnet Constructions Ltd. and Ez-Comm Trade Technologies Ltd. restraining Dr. Mukesh Vora, Shri Yogesh Sakharam Ambekar, M/s. Creative World Telefilms Ltd., M/s. Glider Holdings Ltd. and Shri Ramesh D Agrawal from buying, selling or dealing in securities market whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of one year.
 
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
