Orders in respect of Chandresh Mehta and Harshad M Shah in respect of their dealings in the shares
of Cyberspace Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed two orders dated January 25, 2012 in the matter of
Cyberspace Limited restraining Chandresh Mehta and Harshad M Shah from buying, selling or dealing in securities
and from associating in securities market in any manner whatsoever for a period of one year.
These orders have come into force with immediate effect.
