Order in respect of Sanchay Fincom Limited in the matter of T. Spiritual World Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 18, 2012, in the matter of T.
Spiritual World Limited prohibiting Sanchay Fincom Limited, member, Bombay Stock Exchange from taking up new
clients for a period of one month.
The order shall come into force on expiry of 21 days from the date of the order.
