Order in respect of VSB Investments P. Ltd. in the matter of trading by connected entities
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI, has passed an order dated January 18, 2012 in the matter of
trading by connected entities, revoking interim directions issued vide ad interim ex-parte order dated June 04, 2009
and confirmatory order dated January 25, 2010 against VSB Investments P. Ltd. and also disposing of the show
cause notice without any further directions.
