Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated January 13, 2012 suspending the
certificate of registration of the stock broker, Jayantilal Khandwala & Sons Private Limited for a period of one month.
The order shall come into force on expiry of twenty one days from the date of the order.
