Orders in respect of Opulent Broking Pvt. Ltd, Hindustan Holdings Ltd. and Vintel Securities Ltd. in
respect of their dealings in the shares of Sun Infoways Limited
Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed two orders dated October 19, 2011 in the matter of
Sun Infoways Limited viz:
- restraining Hindustan Holdings Ltd. and Vintel Securities Ltd. from accessing the securities market and
prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of
three months.
- restraining Opulent Broking Pvt. Ltd. from accessing the securities market and prohibiting it from buying,
selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of three months.
These orders have come into effect immediately.
