Order in respect of Mr. Gajinder Paul Dhody, Pramukh Securities Pvt. Limited and M/s. 21st Century
Media Works in respect of their dealings in the shares of Orient Trade Link Limited

Shri Prashant Saran, Whole Time Member, SEBI has passed an order dated October 13, 2011 in the matter of Orient Trade Link Limited viz.,

1. restraining Mr. Gajinder Paul Dhody and 21st Century Media Works from accessing the securities market and prohibiting them from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly, for a period of six months from the date of the order.
2. disposing the Show Cause Notice issued to Pramukh Securities Pvt. Limited without any direction.

The Order has come into effect immediately.
