Consent Order in respect of Vikas Vatsal Garg (HUF) in the matter of Alka Securities Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Chairman, SEBI, Shri U. K. Sinha and Whole Time Member, SEBI, Shri Prashant Saran has
passed consent order dated October 4, 2011, on an application submitted by Vikas Vatsal Garg (HUF) in the matter
of Alka Securities Ltd., in accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders. The applicant has
remitted a sum of 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) towards the terms of consent in the matter. The applicant
has also undertaken to undergo voluntary debarment for a period of two years.
The order has come into force with immediate effect.
