Consent Order in the matter of M/s. Tirupati Services Ltd.
A Panel consisting of Chairman, SEBI, Shri U K Sinha and Whole Time Member, SEBI, Shri Prashant Saran has
passed a consent order dated September 23, 2011 on the application submitted by M/s. Tirupati Services Ltd. for
delay in their compliance with provisions of regulation 8(3) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and
Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 during the year 2006.
In accordance with SEBI Circular dated April 20, 2007 for consent orders, the applicant has remitted a sum of
Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) towards the terms of consent in the matter.
